Click on Reports in the menu to the left in the project view
Click on the report that you want to create an action for
3. Click on Yes to add an action for the near miss or accident
4. Fill in the requested information. If construction plans are activated in your project, you have the possibility to choose level in the project and pin the exact location on your construction plan. In some cases the person reporting the incident might have already pinned it on a construction plan, in that case you'll be able to see the pinned location and either leave it as it is or change it.
5. Click on save

6. You can add more actions by clicking multiple times on add action
Mobile application:
Click on the created reports for the project you want to add a deviation from report
2. Click on the report you want to create a deviation for
3. Click on Yes
4. Fill in the information. If construction plans are activated in your project, you have the possibility to choose level in the project and pin the exact location on your construction plan.
5. Pin point location for your deviation.
6. Click save
7. Choose risk level
8. Choose responsible person
9. Click Add
NOTE! You will now return to the detail page and can create more actions by clicking on the plus sign.
