Yes. You can mark and answer multiple items in the list at the same time if you want to answer green without proof or grey. However, it is not possible to add multiple deviations or approved items with proof at the same time.
To answer multiple items at once, do the following:

Tap and hold on any of the items in the list - the green and grey buttons will appear

Mark the items in the list or the category (ex. Working at heights) that you want to answer (if you tap on a category, all items under the category will be marked)

Tap on the green button to check the items without proof or grey if the items aren't applicable for this specific inspection
You can also do the following:

Tap on the green icon in the bottom right corner

Tap on select multiple items
3. Mark optional items or categories in the list
4. Tap on the green or grey button
