You can get a new password via both the web platform and mobile application.

Web Platform:

1. Click on Forgot your password?

2. Fill in your e-mail
3. Click on Send

4. Click on the link in the email

5. Enter your new password
6. Click reset

Mobile application:

1. Tap on Forgot password?

2. Fill in your e-mail
3. Tap reset password

4. Tap on the link in the email 

5. Enter your new password
6. Tap save
