Yes. Do the following:

Select the item in the list where you want to add another deviation or approved item with proof.

Click the green or red button depending on what you want to add.
3. Fill in the requested information
4. Tap save
This is what it looks like when there is an approved item with proof and a deviation added to the same item in the checklist. You can add answers to the same item by clicking on the item again.
