Yes. Project admins and inspectors can re-open a deviation. This can be done both via the mobile application and the web platform.
Tap on deviations to resolved
2. Tap on the icon at the top right corner to see the list of all resolved deviations
3. Tap on the deviation you want to re-open
4. Tap on the green circle at the bottom
5. Edit the due date, risk or responsible person and write a comment why you chose to re-open the deviation
6. Tap save
Click on deviations in the menu to the left in project view
Switch to all and thereafter to resolved in the upper right. Now you can see all resolved deviations
Click on the deviation you want to re-open
4. Click on re-open
5. Click yes
6. Edit the due date, risk or responsible person and write a comment to explain why you chose to re-open the deviation
7. Click on save
NOTE! Persons involved will receive an email with a notice that the deviation has been re-opened.
