Go to the project where you want to edit the subscriber on the observation/incident.

Click on risk observations or incidents in the menu on the left

Click on the observation/incident for which you want to edit subscribers
3. Click on subscribers to edit who will receive emails and push notifications regarding the report
4. You can search on names and then click on the name to add new subscribers to the report
5. Click on the cross that appears when you hover the mouse pointer over the name you want to remove from the list
6. Click on save
NOTE! There are default subscribers on reports, which are project admins and sometimes account level subscribers that cannot be removed from the status updates.
