NOTE! If there are actions connected to an observation, the case will automatically be concluded as soon as deviations are resolved.

1. Click on observations in menu to the left in the project view

2. Click on the observation you want to conclude

3. Click on No if you don't want to add an action for the observation
4. Click on mark as concluded. The reporter will automatically receive a notification when you have concluded the observation.

NOTE! You may add a comment to the observation (note that you also can add a comment even to closed risk observation)
